Terms and conditions – online ticket sale
(GDPR) represents Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/CE./

“Data with personal character” means any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data subject");

An identifiable natural person is a person that can be identified, directly or indirectly, especially by the reference to an identification element, for example, a name, a number of identification, location data, an online identifying element or to one or more specific elements about their own physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.

By purchasing a ticket using tncms.ro you agree to the following terms and conditions, which you are obliged to respect:
  • The ticket can’t be changed or returned without the agreement of TNCMS; if the event is cancelled, the ticket can be returned to tncms.ro in 15 days at most, since the cancelling of the event. The ticket can only be returned to the TNCMS office.
  • tncms.ro isn’t responsible of the actions that don’t have anything in common with the procedure of selling tickets;
  • tncms.ro can’t be accused of entering the event with fake tickets;
  • make sure you arrive in time at the event so that you can enter your spot before the start time indicated on the ticket. The organizer has the right to ban access if the event started;
  • if the purchased tickets from tncms.ro will be resold or transferred for the purpose of obtaining material advantages by someone who isn’t authorized by tncms.ro, the show organizer and the agents responsible for site supervision may refuse the participation of the ticket owners in the event, including evicting them from the location;
  • if not specified in another way, the ticket grants access of only one person to a performance of the event mentioned on the ticket;
  • the show organizer has the right to modify the performance dates, the new information being announced through specific means of communication;
  • the ticket can’t be given as a prize in any contest without the consent of the show organizer;
  • tncms.ro isn’t responsible for any damage caused by any ticket owner, which was purchased through tncms.ro;
  • access to events with any alcoholic drinks, drugs, dangerous substances, glass recipients, cameras, weapons by any means is denied. Ticket owners can be checked at the entrance of the locations, to make sure the rules are respected;
  • consuming drugs or any illegal substance in the area where the event is taking place will be considered a crime and anyone who breaks this rule will be punished according to the legal provisions in force;
  • restrictions apply in accordance with laws and regulations regarding the protection of minors;
  • the purchase of the ticket means that you agree to the terms and conditions that can be found on tncms.ro, terms and conditions that you are obliged to respect.

Product delivery policy
The ticket is delivered right away by electronic mail (to the email address specified at the time of booking), right after confirming the payment.You may print the electronic ticket yourself. Also, regardless of the payment method chosen by you (cash, bank transfer or credit card), you can pick up the tickets from our office. The agency of the Marin Sorescu National Theater is located in Craiova, Str. A.I. Cuza, Nr. 11, County Dolj, Romania
The agency's public work schedule is:
- Monday – Friday 11:00-19:00
- Saturday – Sunday – 12:00-19:00
Return policy
Tickets sold by cash, bank transfer or credit card payment method may be returned in 10 days at most (before the date written on the ticket / the exact date of the event). The amound that will be transferred will only be the value of the returned ticket – the commissions and taxes charged (1.69%), regardless of their nature, they will not be returned.
What data/information do we collect?

1. Information you provide us voluntarily:
When you access online tickets from the site, when you contact us through your phone or e-mail or communicate with us in any way, you voluntarily provide us information that we process. That includes your name, your first name, your e-mail address and your phone number. When you subscribe to Newsletter you voluntarily grant us your e-mail address. By providing us with this information, we keep it under security and confidentiality conditions in our data base. We don’t transfer or share information with others.

2. Information that we collect automatically
When you navigate on our site, it’s possible for us to collect information about your visit on the site. That includes IP address, the operation system, the browser, the navigation activity and other information about your interaction with the site. We can collect such information by using cookies or other similar technology.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?
Regarding the data that you voluntarily provide us by creating an account, by purchasing a subscription, the data that we collect automatically through the use of cookies or other similar technologies, the basis for processing is consent. Once you access the site, you validly give your consent to data processing.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE DATA FOR?
We store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes, but not more than 10 years from the last visit to the site of the last interaction with us.

WHO DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION TO?
We won’t transfer or share your information to anyone for it to be used in marketing or commercial purposes. However it is possible for us to disclose your information to the following entities:

DO WE TRANSFER DATA TO OTHER STATES?
Currently, do not transfer your data to states outside The European Union. If we change the policy, we will announce you, present the related guarantees and request your consent.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS? • You have the right to withdraw your consent;
Because data process bases off consent, you may withdraw yours at any moment by sending an e-mail to the address secretariat@tncms.ro with the subject “Withdrawing consent”.
• You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.;
• You have the right to go to court;
• You have the right to access;
You have the right of obtaining a confirming message from us which announces you that personal data concerning you is being processed or not and, if so, you have the right to access the following data.
• You have the right to rectification;
You have the right of obtaining from us, without any unjustified delays, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Considering the purposes of data process, you have the right to obtain the completion of personal data which isn’t complete, including by providing an additional statement.
• You have the right to delete data (“right to be forgotten”);
In situations where data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of purposes, your consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing, you oppose the processing and there are no legitimate reasons that prevail with regard to the processing or personal data, you have the right to be granted the deletion of the data concerning you, without any unjustified delays.
• You have the right to restrict processing;
You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing if any of the following cases occurs:
(a) you dispute the accuracy of data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data;
(b) the processing is illegal, and you object to the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
(c) we no longer need the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them to establish, exercise or to defend a right in court;
(d) you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 paragraph (1) of the GDPR, for the period of time in which it is checked whether our legitimate rights prevail over your rights.

• You have the right not to make a subject to a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles, which produces legal effects that concern you or similarly affect you to a significant extent.
You don’t have this right in case one of the following decisions is made:
(a) it is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract between you and a data operator;
(b) it is authorized by the Union Law or Internal Law that applies to the operator and that also provides for appropriate measures to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the person concerned;
(c) it is based on your explicit consent.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:
• Period of time: We will try to respond to the request within 30 days. However the deadline may be extended for specific reasons related to the specific legal right or the complexity of your request..
• Access restriction: in certain situations, we may not be able to provide you with access to all or some of your personal data due to legal provisions. If we refuse your access request, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.
• Impossibility to identify yourself.
In some cases, we may not be able to search your personal data because of the identifiers you provide in your request. An example of personal data that we cannot consult when you provide us with your name and e-mail address is the data collected through cookies by the browser.
In such cases, if we cannot identify you as the dara subject, we are unable to comply with your request, unless you provide additional information that allows identification.
Privacy policy
The payment operator which realizes banking operations is the company NETOPIA MobilPay Romania. In Romania, personal data is protected by law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (“The Law”).
Information based on data security
The user accepts that the data provided by him will be electronically processed by TNCMS, the user agrees that his data will be used within the limits imposed by Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the procedures for compliance no 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation). The user is informed that this consent can be withdrawn at any time.
