Description of Goods and Services Payable by Bank Card
Only tickets for performances from the repertoire of the
Marin Sorescu National Theatre (TNCMS) can be purchased using a bank card
Terms and Conditions – Online Ticket Sales
(GDPR) represents Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/CE./
“Personal data” means any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data subject");
An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
By purchasing a ticket using
tncms.ro you agree to the following terms and conditions, which you are obliged to respect:
1. For events cancelled by the organizer
Online tickets:

Tickets purchased online may be exchanged or refunded only with the agreement of TNCMS, within a maximum of 7 days from the cancellation announcement. Tickets must be sent by email (as initially received) to organizare@tncms.ro, accompanied by a copy of the ID card, bank account number and bank name.

The approved refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the institution’s acceptance of the request, into the bank account provided by the applicant.

Bank or payment processor fees are non-refundable.
Tickets purchased at the theatre agency:

Tickets must be returned only at the TNCMS agency, accompanied by a copy of the ID card, pension coupon (for pensioners), and student ID (for students/pupils).

Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of acceptance.

Bank or payment processor fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the spectator (for online tickets)

Tickets must be returned by email, as initially received, to organizare@tncms.ro, together with ID copy, bank account>

If a spectator who purchased a ticket cannot attend the performance, they are entitled to request a refund.
- Refund requests must be sent in writing (via e-mail for online tickets / physically at the agency for tickets purchased in person) at least 7 calendar days before the performance date.

Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted, and the ticket cost will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days from acceptance by the institution.
- Bank or payment processor fees are non-refundable
3. General provisions
- tncms.ro is not responsible for actions unrelated to the ticket sales procedure.
- tncms.ro cannot be held liable for entry with falsified tickets.
- Please arrive on time to enter the venue before the start time printed on your ticket. Access may be denied once the performance has begun.
- Tickets resold or transferred for profit by unauthorized third parties may result in denied access or removal from the venue.
- Unless otherwise specified, one ticket grants access to one person for one performance.
- The organizer reserves the right to change event dates; changes will be announced through official communication channels.

Tickets cannot be used as prizes in contests without prior written consent of the organizer.
- tncms.ro is not liable for damages caused by third parties to any ticket holder.
- Entry with alcoholic beverages, drugs, dangerous substances, glass containers, cameras/video equipment, blunt objects, or weapons of any kind is prohibited. Ticket holders may be checked at the entrance to ensure compliance.
- The consumption of drugs or other illegal substances at the venue is a criminal offense and will be punished according to the law.
- Restrictions regarding the protection of minors apply.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions displayed on tncms.ro, which you are obliged to respect.
Ticket Delivery Policy (Online)

The ticket is delivered directly to your email inbox (the address specified during booking), immediately after payment confirmation.

You may either print the ticket yourself or present it on your mobile device at the entrance.
